Privacy Policy
Our games are made to be played without an account. We don't ask for your name, email or phone number. This policy explains the limited data our games and our service providers collect, why, and the choices you have.

Service providers
We use these providers, who process data on our behalf or under their own policies:
- Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config, Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Functions): analytics, crash reports, game settings, the anonymous player ID and the daily challenge. Firebase privacy
- Google AdMob and the ad networks it works with: showing ads. How Google uses data
- Google Play and Apple App Store: downloads and purchases.
We may add or change providers (for example, attribution services that measure which ads led to an install). We'll update this page when we do.
Ads and your choices
- In regions that require it, such as the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, we ask for your consent before showing personalized ads. You can change your choice in the game's settings.
- On iPhone, we only use your advertising identifier if you allow tracking when asked. You can change this in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
- On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device's settings (Google → Ads).
- Without consent, you may still see ads, but they won't be personalized.
Sharing
We don't sell your personal information. We share data only with the providers above, to run the game, and where the law requires it. Your leaderboard name and scores are visible to other players.
Keeping and deleting data
Game data linked to your anonymous player ID is kept while the game is active, so leaderboards and leagues work. Analytics and crash data are kept for the periods set by Firebase (by default up to 14 months for analytics). You can ask us to delete the data linked to your game by emailing support@coldfiregames.app with the subject "Delete my data". Uninstalling the game removes the data stored on your device.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in Europe or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or move your data, and to object to or limit some uses. Email us to make a request. We'll respond within the time the law requires.
Children
Our games are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we don't knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we'll delete it.
Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections and stored with our providers' security controls. Game data on your device is encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
Changes
We'll post any changes here and update the date at the top. Significant changes will also be announced in the game.
